  • Errata Big Photo Shop may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Big Photo Shop reserves the right to make changes, corrections and/or improvements to Big Photo Shop, and to the products and programs described in such information, at any time without notice.

  • Availability Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

  • Pricing Policy The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

    Should an error occur with your payment. All products remain the property of Bigphotoshop until paid for in Full. We reserve the right to request the product be returned should we not receive the full payment.

  • Delivery and Returns Policy All our products are checked and well packed before dispatch to ensure you receive you purchase in good condition.

    You or the person on your behalf receiving the goods must check the parcel on delivery, should the goods be visibly damaged the driver must be informed at the time of delivery, record on the devise by your signature "damaged " or ask the driver for documentation to record the goods damaged. Should you not be able to record "damaged" refuse to accept the damaged goods.

    Should the parcel appear undamaged on delivery and you or any other person on your behalf accepts delivery of the item before removing the packaging, the person receiving the goods must sign the delivery documents accompanied by the words "Unchecked"

    Your Responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure that you or the person you've nominated to receive the goods, have signed for the correct number of goods delivered, the address label should indicate the number of parcels to be delivered.

    It is your responsibility to ensure that you or the person you've nominated to receive the goods check the contents on delivery and inform us immediately by telephone or email if you have received the goods damaged, a delay in notifying us may result in a claim for damages being refused by the courier company.

    In most cases any damage issues will be resolved by Bigphotoshop, however, Bigphotoshop will not be responsible for a replacement or refund should the courier refuse the claim because of a delay in reporting the damage.

    Bigphotoshop is not responsible for damage occurring after the delivery has been received.
    Bigphotoshop will not replace faulty products which have been tampered with, should you receive a faulty product e.g a mark on the print which is visible do not tamper with it as we need to see the fault as you have received it

    Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from our gallery or non bespoke service, you may return it within 7 days of the original order without damage. Any item returned must be in its original condition and original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct a small admin charge for all returned products A refund will be applied to your original credit card for the price of the item(s) (minus the admin charge) returned meeting the above conditions. If the original purchase was by cheque, a refund cheque will be sent to the mailing address you provide.

    Faulty items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

    along with your proof of purchase and a letter stating the fault with your item.

    You must contact us before any item is returned. All returns are at your own expense except where your purchase is deemed faulty.

    Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt by us. We recommend that you return your purchase to us using Royal Mail Recorded, Parcelforce or Special Delivery services. Faulty items returned to us will have the postage refunded in full.

    Any bespoke service provided by BIGPhotoShop which is delivered in good condition may not be refunded.

    All samples despatched are the property of Bigphotoshop and must be returned. All samples not returned when requested, Bigphotoshop reserve the right to charge in full plus delivery for the sample. Payment must be received in full within 28 days on invoice.

  • LocalityThe contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

  • Your Responsibility as a User You agree that you will not use any device, software or other instrumentality to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of our site, and that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. In addition, you agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained herein, without the prior express consent from an authorized Big Photo Shop representative (such consent is deemed given for standard search engine technology employed by Internet search web sites to direct Internet users to this site).

  • With respect to all communications you make to Big Photo Shop regarding Big Photo Shop, including but not limited to feedback, questions, comments, suggestions and the like: (a) you shall have no right of confidentiality in your communications and Big Photo Shop shall have no obligation to protect your communications from disclosure; (b) Big Photo Shop shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute your communications to others without limitation; and (c) Big Photo Shop shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, content or techniques contained in your communications for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to the development, production and marketing of products and services that incorporate such information.

By using the bigphotoshop.co.uk web site, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”).

Basic Terms

  • You must be 18 years and older to upload images.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any work which we deem to be indecent or offensive.

  • You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your IP address.

  • You must not use the Big Photo Shop gallery to abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Big Photo Shop users.

  • You may not use the bigphotoshop.co.uk service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

  • You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links (“Content”) that you submit, post, and display on bigphotoshop.co.uk.

  • You must not modify, adapt or hack bigphotoshop.co.uk or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with bigphotoshop.co.uk.

  • You must not create or submit unwanted email to Big Photo Shop or other Big Photo Shop users (“Spam”).

  • We reserve the right to claim damages or costs Bigphotoshop may incur because of images that are submitted by you which breaches other persons copyright or any other rights in any way.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your account. While bigphotoshop.co.uk prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Big Photo Shop cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the bigphotoshop.co.uk gallery at your own risk.

General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the bigphotoshop.co.uk photo upload service for any reason, without notice at any time.

  • We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.

Bigphotoshop cannot accept responsibility for copyright infringements on images or artwork submitted to Bigphotoshop including images for reproduction and enlargement customers supplying or providing such work are requested to seek copyright permission,

Under no circumstances will Bigphotoshop be responsible for any copyright issues resulting in you the customer supplying any artwork or image to Bigphotoshop which is in breach of copyright.

NOTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT

Big Photo Shop respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Big Photo Shop may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide Big Photo Shop with the following information:

  • an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;

  • a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;

  • a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;

  • your address, telephone number, and email address;

  • a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

  • a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.

Orders and Delivery

  • Your Orders
    On receiving your order we endeavour to dispatch within 10 working days.
    Giclee fine Arts prints 5 working days.
    We consider your order confirmed only when we have received your image and full payment.

    A priority service is available for a small fee.
    Unless we receive instructions for this service from you, the 10 working days time scale will apply.

  • Free Delivery
    We dispatch all products with Free 48hr delivery. (with exceptions see note below)
    Should you wish to use priority 24hr delivery service please email us as soon as possible.
    There is a small charge of £4.95 for 24hr delivery, £6.95 for AM delivery.
    We will dispatch to the address given when placing your order, should you wish to change the delivery address please ensure you email in plenty of time to confirm your requirements.
    Your parcel WILL require a signature so please ensure you choose a suitable delivery address.
    Delivery is from Monday - Friday
    Should you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order please contact us.

    NOTE: Free delivery on UK Mainland orders except Scottish postal areas, AB, DD, FK, IV, KW PA and PH, also N Ireland, Isle of Man and isle of Wight, a small additional charge will be made for these areas.

    24hr Delivery £18

    Cost of delivery is not included for winners of free promotional offers and giveaways, postage and packing is charged at £15, (48hr) for very large items for these offers/giveaway a price for delivery will be advised.
    Please see note above regarding additional charges to certain postal areas.
